Workbee is a workflow-automation service operated by Pranav, in the United Arab Emirates.

We collect information only when you submit it through the Book a discovery call form on this site. That includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Optionally, your business name and WhatsApp number
• A description of the workflow you'd like us to look at
• Any additional notes you provide

We do not use cookies, trackers, or analytics on this site.

We use this information for one purpose: to reply to your message and arrange a discovery call. We do not use it for marketing, do not share it with third parties, and do not sell it.

Form submissions are sent via Resend to our email address. Email contents then live in our Google Workspace inbox, governed by Google's data policies. We do not maintain a separate customer database.

The site itself is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are retained briefly by the host for security and operations; we don't actively look at or process those logs.

We keep email correspondence for as long as it's relevant to a potential or active engagement. If you ask us to delete your data, we will permanently delete it from our inbox within 7 working days.

You have the right to:

• Ask what data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Opt out of any future communication

Email is processed by Resend (servers in the United States) and stored in Google Workspace (servers in the United States and elsewhere). By submitting the form, you consent to this cross-border transfer of your information.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law 45/2021 (Personal Data Protection Law). If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, please contact us first; if unresolved, you can escalate to the UAE Data Office.

If we change how we collect or use data, we'll update this page and the Last updated date above. Material changes will also be noted briefly on the homepage.
